Just when you think you’ve seen everything in the world “hasslebacked” I submit for your consideration: Glazed Hasselback Ham with Pineapple.
I developed this recipe for the December/January 2020 issue (#162) of FC for one of our advertisers, Dole. After exploring Dole’s website, I realized they had done hams every which way under the sun, so the challenge was to come up with something different.
OK, there were many laughs about it in the test kitchen, but I didn’t care. The client loved it, and that was all that mattered!
Consider this Glazed Hasselback Ham with Pineapple recipe if you’re looking for a delicious, alternative main dish for Easter!
